SMOJS is Partners with the Community The Crime Free Multi-Housing Program is a, state-of-the-art, crime prevention program designed to reduce crime, drugs, and gangs on apartment properties. This program was successfully developed at the Mesa Arizona Police Department in 1992. The International Crime Free Multi-Housing Program has spread to nearly 2,000 cities in 48 U.S. States, 5 Canadian Provinces, England, Nigeria, and Puerto Rico, to name a few. SMOJS is a certified crime free agency to train and certify property managers for their housing community.  Crime Free is 3 phases bringing Security, Property Managers and Residents together using proven techniques to assure the property is crime free.  On successful completion of Phase 3, SMOJS issues a certificate to the property manager to be displayed for their achievement as well as signage.  Once the property is certified, it is revisited with training updates and re-certified annually.
